Phew, lets say time has been moving so ridiculously fast I still havnt realized it is summer yet. 

Since my last post there has been a prom which I mentioned earlier, it was soo much fun and so funny as a teacher of mine was there with his date, poor guy, main gossip subject that eveninig. 

Also I have my exam week starting next week so I have pretty much locked myself up in my room the past month and not even seen the sunlight yet. I bet im the palest person in this city of june :D ohwell studies always first.

Bad news my phone randomly broke and I cant afford repairing it a the moment. So im trying to save a little money here and there so I can eventually get it fixed before the end of this summer.

Goodnews: Im going to greece with my family in a month. (In my uni we dont have holidays except some free days here and there) I am craaving for a holiday.

Last week I went to toppers in concert 2014, which is one of the biggerst concerts in the Amterdam Arena, the music was nothing to me (typical dutch music) but it was massive and the atmosphere was great.

Me and my bf happened to get free access because my cousin did the lightshow/video of the concert and his girlfriend had gotten tickets. The arena could take 65 000 people and it was almost sold out, thank god we got chairs and a table.

 I have been looking for these kinds of sunglasses for ever!! And i finally found them on the saturday market in leiden and they were super cheap :O (got some kind of need to stay updated with sunglas fashion every year) these are so nice and retro like. They have a metal golden edge at the bottom :)

Anyway Ill hed back to studying now, and fingers crossed Ill pass everything this time. I could really use some luck right now :S

Prom fever

Aaargh next week thursday I have a prom at school and ill be going with my boyfriend. 

But what to dooo with my hair :OOO

 I know u guys think im crazy worrying about this but yeh, one thing, my hair is the most valued thing on my body and Im prepared to donate  kidney as long as my hair is fine... ok... thats dramatized a little.

Anyway as i wont go to a hairdresser i have to get my hair done my self. Ok so hints, my dress is greek godess inspired and dark blue, anyway i want a braid i want that sunbleached sand beach salty hair look. BUT my hair is short so the opportunities i came up with are now down to 2. :D

Soo I took a few selfies, yesyes so ill be able to look back on my masterpieces next week when i have to do my har properly for real, so here are just the practice ones. (btw i have never braided my hair before or styled it in any serious promishlike manner...)  and i learnt this from tutorials on youtube :S

Okay now so I will probably do the second hairstyle for my prom as i think it looks nicer and chiller than the first one. And the 3rd picture i just thought looked cool, must have pressed the button before looking into the camera. Anyway I like the poofy ness and slight waves my hair got from the braids, so I might actually considering putting my hair like this on a daily bases :D

LAterrr now back to studying and gota buy dinner sooon :)

A new home

Last weekend has been crazy busy, I moved within 4 days, everything from going to ikea to building everything from carrying boxes and cleaning my old house. My mom came over from finland to help me as she had rented a car, otherwise im quite sure I would never have managed on my own.
And I LOVE my new place. Its a room of 16m2 which is big for a student room in leiden. Its in the city center close to the university library so I can study there until deep in the night, its in a cosy street next to a bar and a bike store also the food store is a 3min walk from here :O Aaand most important of all the sun shines straight into my room all day, its so light and bright its light therapy 24/7. Now ill get back to studying, exams in a month :O Laterrr....

UPDATE

eeeey!! Little update here on what has been going on recently, last week during eastern I went to Finland to meet my family and a few friends. I wont be in finland again until July so it felt good to catch up a little with friends. 

Last week ive been busy meeting my boyfriends family, lunch with his mother, bbq with his sisters and cousins and brother, now only have to meet his dad and visit his home. :)

Its been KINGSDAY!! at first ive been sad that i would miss vappu (drinking celebration of students) back in finland, but man kingsday is sooo much better, the whole country was upside down, festival in the city, armin van buuren, music, beer, and boats and LOTS of orange :D Had lots of fun but we decided to stay home in the evening as we felt sooo tired from the kingsnight (night before kingsday) which is also celebrated. I guess we felt we had partied enough :D

Recently my life has changed so much I feel my blog has fallen behind awfully and therefore lacked motivation to keep you updated.

The reason to why im s busy is because someone special managed to steal my heart even if I promised myself to keep it to myself. Once it felt right it felt right and there was no return whatsoever :D We have now officially been together for more than a month ^^ And soon I will get to see his parents #seriousbusiness...

The other day we went to Hollands most famous amusement park for children and I think me and my bf were the most chidish people in the whole park. It was amazing though and havnt had so much fun since I moved to Holland.

Second of all I have found myself a new appartment and will recieve the keys in May, its just around the corner of my current place so moving wont be a drama. I will spam this blog with the pictures of it once I get to move in.

Also Im going to Finland by the end of the week!!! Time has been flying since new year so it feels so strange to allready see my friends and home town in a couple of days! :O Whaat..

Yesterday I went to my 1st festival it was on a beach and got free entrace because my cousin was playing as a DJ, once he had played his songs for 1½ hour we went home. Soooo coool though. Had so much fun with my cousins girlfriend which pretty much has become my friend and older sister ^^.

It's been my birthday and I feel older than what I really am, so much has changed in a year and I was kicked into the grown up world, cooking, living on my own, laundry etc age crisis is hitting me hard :D. However I got soooo many nice presents, a water boiler, coffee machine, blender, a fondue set, tea cups you name it. :) And today i bought myself a late present, a jetset that I've wanted for so long. I have felt insecure as my wrists are quite small that it would look ridiculous on me, but fuck that I want it, i got it and now i have everything i want :)
